PETER J. DENKER, CIC Born in New York City, Peter grew up on Long Island and graduated from Phillips Academy, Andover. He joined Scudder, Stevens & Clark in 1960 after graduating from Duke University with a B.S. in E.E. degree. In 1980, he co-founded Denker & Goodwin Inc. Investment Counsel where he was Chairman. In 1989, it became part of U. S. Trust where he served as Chairman of U. S. Trust Co. of Texas, N.A. He left in April 2006 to form Enceladus. Peter is a Chartered Investment Counselor, a past Governor of the Investment Advisers Association of America and a member of the CFA Society of Dallas/Fort Worth. He serves on the Boards of the Dallas Museum of Art and The Dallas Opera. Peter plays tennis, travels and is an occasional weekend rancher in Cranfills Gap, Texas.
